CREATING A DESIGN
What can I do?
You can create the design for the next Dr Martens boot using the tools provided on the website and your own images. You can also download the boot templates to use with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
How do I add my own images?
To add an image click the 'Add Image' button within the online design tool. Now simply select the image from your computer and click 'Upload'. The image must either be a JPG, GIF or PNG. The maximum image size limit is 4MB. If your upload is not successful, try reducing the image size. If you're still having problems then email questions@airwair.co.uk
Can I create a design outside the tool?
We have provided a template pack that contains an Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator template. To find out more download the 'template pack' by clicking the 'design templates' button within the design tool.
Why doesn't the design tool work on my computer?
You need the Macromedia Flash 8 or greater plug-in installed. You can download it for free from here.
How do I submit a design?
You can either submit your design by clicking 'Submit Design' in the design tool, or you can post designs to The Brief, Dr. Martens, 1-4 King Street, London WC2E 8HN
I submitted a design but it never appeared in the gallery, why is that?
